I gotta tell y'all something. 3 years ago my doctor pulled me aside and told me straight โ "Shawn, you keep eating like this, you're gonna lose your CDL, and you might lose more than that."
I was 93 pounds overweight. A1C through the roof. Tired all the time. Hated catching my reflection on a fuel island. I'd tried every diet. None of them worked because none of them fit the life of a working driver.
Then I found carnivore. ๐ฅฉ
Beef. Pork. Chicken. Eggs. Butter. That's it. That's the list. No carbs to crash on at mile marker 200. No blood sugar spikes from truck stop snacks. No "what should I eat" at every Pilot. Stays full for 8+ hours behind the wheel.
I cooked it all in my cab. Air fryer and skillet. Plugged into my inverter. That's the only gear I needed.
The weight came off. The A1C dropped. The energy came back. I passed my DOT physical. I kept my CDL. I got my LIFE back.
