Advertising with Trucking Life with Shawn
https://truckinglifewithshawn.com/advertise · Shawn Gresham, CDL-A driver, instructor, and founder · figures as of 2026-09-16
Who we are
Trucking Life with Shawn is a working driver’s platform, not a marketing site with a truck on it. Shawn Gresham has seventeen years and zero violations behind him, and everything here is built for the job he actually does.
Drivers use it to find truck parking and truck stops, plan a run, check a scale, look up a DOT rule, and study for a CDL endorsement. Those are planning moments — the driver is deciding where to stop and who to call before the wheels are turning.
Advertising on TLWS puts your business in those planning moments, on the pages that cover your corridor and your category, clearly labelled as a paid placement.
- · Shawn Gresham — CDL-A driver, instructor, and founder. 17 years driving, zero violations.
- · Based in Dalton, GA, off I-75.

The TLWS platform
Where a driver meets the platform. Public, indexable routes only.
- · Truck stop & parking directory (/directory) — Truck stops, paid and free truck parking, CAT scales, repair, tire, washes and more — browsable by state, by interstate corridor, and by exit.
- · Truck parking pages (/directory/parking) — The pages a driver opens in the afternoon deciding where the night ends, narrowed to a state, a corridor and a direction of travel.
- · Trip Planner (/trip-planner) — Where a run gets laid out before it starts — stops, fuel, and where the hours run out.
- · Knowledge Center (/knowledge) — DOT compliance, medical, careers and getting-your-CDL articles drivers search for by name.
- · Practice tests (/practice-tests) — CDL general knowledge and endorsement practice tests — new drivers and drivers adding an endorsement.
- · CDL school & pre-school (/cdl-pre-school) — The training side of the platform, where drivers arrive before they have a truck at all.
Website audience

No placement is sold on these surfaces today. Sponsorship here is an owner decision, and the trust firewall applies to every regulatory answer.
The Academy
Trucking Life Academy is a Class A CDL school in Dalton, GA, off I-75, with a training yard and real trucks. Equipment, classroom, student and yard sponsorship are conversations with Shawn — recognised, never sold from a rate card.

Case studies
None yet. This section stays empty until a real advertiser has run a real placement and agreed to be named.
What is guaranteed, and what is not
- · Guaranteed: Your placement runs on the pages and for the term we agree, or we make it right.
- · Guaranteed: It is labelled Sponsored, so drivers know what they are looking at.
- · Guaranteed: It stops on its own when the paid term ends — nothing auto-renews and nothing keeps running on a card you forgot about.
- · Guaranteed: One primary sponsor per corridor page means the corridor you buy is not sold twice.
- · Guaranteed: You deal with Shawn directly, and he tells you when something is not working.
- · Not guaranteed: No guaranteed traffic, leads, calls or sales.
- · Not guaranteed: No guaranteed search ranking.
- · Not guaranteed: Paid placement never changes a listing’s facts, parking truth, hours or reviews.
- · Not guaranteed: Every paid placement is labelled Sponsored and carries rel="sponsored".
- · Not guaranteed: No guaranteed number of impressions, views, clicks, calls or customers.
- · Not guaranteed: No guaranteed return on what you spend.
- · Not guaranteed: No exclusivity beyond the capacity rules published above.
Where advertising stops
Paid placement never influences any of the following, for any advertiser, at any price:
- · Truck routing and turn-by-turn guidance
- · Bridge heights, weight limits and restriction warnings
- · DOT and regulatory answers
- · Hours-of-service calculations
- · Whether a parking lot is free, paid, full or open
- · The facts on any listing — hours, services, phone number, address
- · Reviews, and how they are ordered or shown
- · Any ranking presented to a driver as neutral
- · Emergency and roadside safety recommendations
