What a seat includes
One seat, one student, the whole course
- 7 modules / 33 self-paced lessons in a private student portal
- A workbook with every lesson, plus a printable cheat-sheet for each module
- A quiz at the end of every module, and lessons unlock in order

Choosing a CDL school, the Class A permit knowledge-test subjects (general knowledge, air brakes, combination vehicles), the pre-trip inspection, backing and road skills, and starting the job.

1 seat — $200
Sponsor a CDL Pre-School seat through the Let’s Get It Seat fund for someone who can’t afford it, or someone you already have in mind.
A sponsored seat is $200, paid into the Let’s Get It Seat fund. Buying a seat for yourself? That’s the Founding Student seat on the CDL Pre-School page.

What does one seat include?
One student’s place in CDL Pre-School: 7 modules and 33 self-paced lessons in a private student portal, a workbook with every lesson, and a quiz at the end of every module. It works on a phone and saves progress automatically.
Is this CDL training?
No. CDL Pre-School is online preparation before CDL school. It is not behind-the-wheel training, no course can grant a CDL, and it is not a replacement for ELDT or a registered training provider.
Can we pay with VA, WIOA or grant funds?
Not through us. A seat is a regular Stan Store checkout, and we don’t bill the VA, WIOA or any grant program. If your organization pays out of its own budget, check its rules first. CDL Pre-School is online preparation, not a replacement for ELDT or a registered training provider.
How does a 10-seat block work?

Who can sponsor a seat?
