Carnivore in the Truck — PDF Digital Download cover

Shawn’s story

I lost 93 pounds after changing the way I ate and building a routine I could maintain while working on the road. Carnivore in the Truck shares the simple meals and practical habits that helped me stay consistent. This is my personal experience, not a promise that everyone will achieve the same result.

From Shawn

Why I made this

I’m not a chef. I’m a truck driver. When I changed the way I ate, I had to work out how to cook real food in a cab: a compact air fryer, a cast-iron skillet, an inverter, and groceries from any Walmart in America.

Every recipe in this book is written for that setup. Something you can cook parked on a 10-hour break, with no kitchen and no complicated prep. Everything you need is meat, eggs, salt and animal fat.

I put it together so the next driver would not have to figure all of that out from scratch.

My results

My journey

I built Carnivore in the Truck from the kind of food and cooking approach I used in my own journey.

I started at 350 pounds and later reached 225 pounds. That’s 125 pounds from my starting point.

These are my own photos, taken at points along the way. The figure on the book’s cover is mine too, from the same journey.

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A 131-page PDF with 300 carnivore recipes: 150 for the air fryer and 150 for a skillet, plus the toolkit chapter, the shopping list and the road tips. You download it from Stan after checkout and keep it. Nothing is shipped.

What equipment do I need?

A compact air fryer for half the recipes and a cast-iron skillet for the other half. The book names the compact models that run off a 1500-watt inverter and covers the 10-inch skillet on a hot plate. You can start with either tool.

Is this the same book as The Trucker’s Carnivore Cookbook on Amazon?

No. That is the shorter print book with 100 air-fryer recipes. Carnivore in the Truck is the 300-recipe PDF, which adds the 150 skillet recipes and the bonus chapters.

Why does the checkout page show a different name?

The Stan checkout page lists it as “Carnivore Trucker Health System”. It is the same book.

Will I lose weight with this book?

Nobody can promise you that, and this page does not. Shawn’s numbers are his own experience, and weight-loss results vary from person to person. What the book gives you is 300 recipes you can cook in a truck.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is a cookbook. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major dietary changes or changing medication.

How do I read it?

It is a standard PDF. It opens on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
